presenting my favourite flower....amarilli in italian...or in english amaryllis...not so much fan of roses...this flower does not have a distinct smell, however. it comes with different colour but i only have them in pink....grown in hot n wet climate, as in brunei, for instance and cant stand in cold climate. westerners value them as amarilli is one of the most beautiful thing that God has created....

1. Primary Assessment, check for Airway, Breathing, Circulation and Danger (O2 mask, Check pulse, alert resus team)

2. Wat do u see on cardiac monitor??

3. Yes its VT...

4. Defib of 360J delivered to the pt...

5 a. Return to Normal Sinus Rhythm?.....yes...assess vital signs inform transfer to CCU?

5 b. NO? Still in VF/VT.... (follow the below)

6. Do Secondary survey....assess ABCD (put on intubation, start ambubag, start IV)

7. Administer 1 mg of Adrenaline and wait for 1 minute...

8. Defib of 360J .......(remember drug-shock-drug-shock)

9. Administer another 1mg of Adrenaline IV

10. Defib of 360J

11. Optionals....u choose whether Lignocaine 100mg or Amiodarone 150mg and wait for 1 minute...

12. Defib of 360J

13. Another set of Lignocaine 100mg or Amiodarone 150mg...wait for 1 minute

....ACCORDING TO DAILY NEWS I READ AROUND CIRCA 2007 FROM uNITED kINGDOM...THOUSANDS OF NURSES WOULD BE CUT OFF FROM THEIR JOB DUE TO SHORTAGE (meaning budjet!!).....SOME REBELLIOUS NURSES FROM THIS PARTICULAR HOSPITAL DECIDED TO WALK DOWN THE STREETS IN THE UK...AS THEY OPPOSED TO THIS REMARK...BUT IN THE END THEY TEND NOT TO ....U KNOW WHY? BECAUSE OF 'PATIENTS' .... THEY CARE SO MUCH THEY COULD NOT LEAVE THEIR WORK TASK AS PATIENTS NEED NURSES TO LOOK AFTER THEM......

SO WHAT DO U THINK PEOPLE? OR SHOULD I SAY 'NURSES'??.....

ok...thanks to Sofy for the change of features of our website...(psst love it!!) we start clinical last Monday August 18th, 2008. and noises came to us regarding our extended 'one hour' clinical time...so how u like it? i know am not... i dont care, cuz they dont know how we feel about it till they experience it...anyhow...lots of pics here so when are we gonna put some infos of our lovely job?

i have just seen a particular site talking about their work n presented some cases...do u guys think we gonna do it too?...please support me with this idea...there's a lot more ways how we keep our selves informed....ever heard of "work smart not work hard"?? it is true in some cases....

so to begin with ....i might put some info (hopefully)...and expect u guys to read it...
